The buckeye bush must be the all-time easy shrub to grow from seed, the only probs that I’ve run into, are that buckeye comes up very early, like January… a cold spell can kill the seedlings… it’s often simplest to start the seeds indoors and set the seedlings out after it warms up.

Sweet Shrub

Calycanthus floridus Sweet shrub has cool blooms, remains small, but tends to run like mint with those stolons…
