Zebra Swallowtail Butterfly on Catnip

This Zebra Swallowtail hung out with the catnip for hours! These guys are cool! Zebras in the garden.

Zebra swallowtail butterflies are said to use the pawpaw tree as a host plant.

I found a source for pawpaw seed... The seeds were planted in pots (outdoors) as soon as I got them, last year (2009)... They came up in the Spring.
I set several of the baby trees out this Autumn (Oct 2010). Got my fingers crossed... hoping for the best!
